Alex has a comprehensive financial background and has been involved in the growth of many companies. Alex has built an extensive network of contacts in a variety of industries including technology, planning, modular design and property development. All of which ensures The Property Block's foundations and helps accelerate the process in planning. Alex`s mission is to help vendors unlock the maximum potential of their land so they can enjoy the financial benefits with their loved ones.
Maurice has been in the construction industry for over 50 years. He is the founder of an award-winning building contractor that has blue-chip clients such as Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Maurice works with planners and architects all over the country, giving him the skill set to ensure The Property Block remains the nation's number one choice for planning developments. Maurice`s decades of experience in planning, design and development coupled with his vast network, makes him a valued member of the team.
CIO Steven has an extensive background in the financial sector, helping clients achieve their financial goals. The Property Block is delighted to have secured his expertise to best assist our clients with investment structure, strategies and management within their portfolios. Steven spent 5 years managing one of the UK’s largest Private Equity desks, assisting numerous companies to secure the finance they needed to launch onto the UK Stock Exchange. His knowledge of the finance sector will allow The Property Block to best provide individuals with the opportunity to take advantage of its stellar business model in structured investment.
Senior Land & Development Manager Tim has been working within the property industry for the last 17 years, starting in Prime Central London, working for two Mayfair based estate agents. Tim quickly became one of their top earners, selling high-end residential houses and penthouses. After this, Tim ran a consultancy firm advising clients, and acted as a broker for disposal and acquisition activities, land assembly projects, specialist supported housing, commercial and large house building schemes. Tim is equipped to deal with acquisition and promotion of land right through to planning permission across the UK.
Head of Planning & Land Acquisition Francis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience after being involved in the property development sector for over 40 years. In the 80s Francis introduced the first timber frame housing construction system to a Housing Association while working with the Homes & Community Agency to develop modern methods of construction. This model later became the industry standard for all social housing. Francis is an expert in identifying suitable sites for development, securing those sites for purchase, subject to planning, guiding the planning process, and managing the Design Team.
After qualifying as an electrician in 2003, Samuel quickly moved into management where he delivered on a variety of building projects for a wide range of clients. Samuel`s experience makes him the perfect person to ensure our vendors have a fantastic experience while working with The Property Block. Samuel is involved with identification and planning of projects from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly .
Scott is a Chartered Architect with over 20 years of experience in design and planning. After running a medium-size architectural practice for 15 years, Scott found his passion for smaller, more intimate 1-20 units size projects. Scott's career allows him to understand our client's personal wants and needs, making sure that their aspirations are our primary objective. Scott's vast knowledge of developing, designing, drawing plans and building regulations guarantees that The Property Block is always prompt and efficient on every project.
William has personally been developing properties since the early 90's. Since then, William has gained a plethora of knowledge and is quite rightly considered a skilled operator when it comes to securing planning permission. William has a keen eye for properties and land acquisitions and possesses the foresight to see instant development potential. Having a thorough understanding of the needs for housing and development schemes aids William in having a flawless planning success rate.
